Key Responsibilities

  • Work on strategic communication with the retail own brand team and exclusive brand team.
  • Develop marketing & communication strategy both online & offline including budgets and timeline management.
  • MLM Strategy management locates and contributes to MLM’s structural
  • Manage and execute marketing & communication campaign and activities, monitor the performance, and evaluate.
  • Support and manage brand under well gate and website.
  • Work closely with agencies to deliver campaigns and communication to ensure the brand objectives are achieved.
  • To build up the Modern Trade market segment
  • Developing and maintaining key retail relationships to ensure sustainable business  growth
  • Achieve targets and Monitor account performance regarding the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
  • Ensuring customer demand matches with account sales forecasting



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Business Administration, Retail, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing and Brand Management.
  • Prefer experience working with agency partners on creative, consumer research, and media
  • Good in English & Thai both written, spoken, and command
  • Performance/result driven
  • Able to handle operational tasks and work cross-functionally.
  • Able to work under pressure and have a self-initiative mindset.
